PE
For this week’s PE I would like you to take part in this HIIT class (the video attached).
HIIT, stands for ‘High-intensity interval training’ and is a training technique in which you give 100% effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and works your muscles in less time.
I recommend you put some of your favourite music on, clear a small space, grab a drink of water and work hard for 10minutes!
