During this time it’s especially important that we all pay attention to our mental health and wellbeing.
To stop coronavirus spreading we have all had to change how we spend our time and how we do things.
Change can affect our feelings and it can sometimes make us feel worried or anxious.
To stay well we must look after our feelings as well as our bodies.
