Job/Person Summary

Mansbridge Primary School is looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated teacher to join their professional and friendly team.  The ideal candidate will be committed to ensuring all children are given the best chances and opportunities, in a caring, supportive environment. 

We are looking for someone who can:

  • build good working relationships with the children, staff and parents
  • motivate and engage children, responding to individual needs
  • show a real passion for teaching
  • can work independently and as part of team
  • take an active part in life of the school
  • take responsibility for  developing themselves professionally

Work/Life balance

  • We strive to make pupil feedback meaningful, motivating but importantly manageable and therefore we have adopted a sensible, innovative and proportionate approach to marking, feedback and assessment.
  • Freedom to teach without excessive monitoring by LMT.


This is a fixed-term position to the end of the current academic year.
