Monday and Tuesday:

For the next 2 days we will be editing and celebrating our writing. For the editing, I would like you to carefully re-read your writing. Any words that you cannot read should be edited - remember to sound out each word and write the correct letters using your sound mat for help if you need it. You can also correct any missing capital letters and full stops.

 

For the celebrate I would like you to copy up your work up in your best handwriting. Think really carefully about copy the parts you've improved and forming each letter correctly. I look forward to seeing your work!

Wednesday, Thursday and Friday:

We will be carrying our reading assessments in class for the rest if this week. Please find below some year 1 grammar worksheets you can work through if you are at home.
