We have PE on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Please make sure you child has a pair of trainers for outdoor PE and a separate pair of plimsolls or trainers for indoor PE. Thank you very much for your support.
Art
If possible, could all children please bring in an old shirt or t-shirt that they can wear in art lessons. Please could you make sure their name is on it.
What we've been doing
In history we are learning about the Ancient Greeks. Here we are recreating the famous Battle of Marathon!
In science we have been learning about space and our solar system. Look at us creating a fruit solar system complete with orbits!
In History we have been looking at different Historical sources and how useful they are in helping us understand what happened to the Titanic.
In science we have been investigating thermal and electrical conductivity.
Safety day
Role-playing how to call the emergency services
We wrote instructions explaining how to help someone with severe bleeding.
Our bonfire night safety posters.
We have been learning catching and batting skills in Rounders. We then put what we've learnt into a game.
This week we've started to create our Titanic collages, using folding and layering skill to create our finished piece.
In Art we have been designing our Titanic collages. Look out for the finished products next week!
In Chinese we have been learning about the Mid Autumn festival. Here is some of our lovely work.
