Week 3 (WB:08.03.21)
This week in school we will be focussing on the 5 steps to wellbeing and activities that help us understand each step. If you are isolating this week, please read the 5 steps leaflet and complete the tasks set.
Worry stone / Message
Is there anything you are worried about or want to put behind you? Find a small round pebble and write your worry onto it. Bury it in the garden and 'put down' the worry or memory you want to forget. You can also write a message for the worry box.
